He is a member of the Comparative Legislative Society and French Department of Administrative Legal Sciences with the State Council (National Department of the international institute of Administration Science). He founded and led several university studies specialised in security including some in cooperation with the Higher School for Police and Police Officers. He is co-founder and member or head of numerous Croatian-French scientific associations on Croatian Culture at Sorbonne University, representative bodies of Croatian institutions and communities in France and the \u201eRobert Schuman\u02ee Centre for European Studies and research in Split. He initiated many inter-university Croatian-French partnership contracts signed in 1999, 2006 and 2015.
